Intellectual Property
All assets sold are the property of Phanatiik and are protected by copyright and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The purchase of these assets does not transfer title to the intellectual property rights to the buyer.
Modifications
Any modifications, alterations, or derivative works of the 3D assets are permitted solely for the buyer's personal or internal business use and at the buyer's own risk. Phanatiik retains ownership of all original and modified assets, including any derivative works thereof. The act of modifying or creating derivative works from Phanatiik's 3D assets does not grant the buyer any proprietary rights in the modified assets or derivatives. All such modifications or derivative works are subject to the terms and conditions of the original license agreement, and Phanatiik shall not be responsible for any issues, damages, or liabilities that may arise from modifications made to the assets.
License and Use
The purchase of any 3D assets by Phanatiik grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets. The buyer is not permitted to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the file downloaded to any third party. For any form of distribution, please consult Phanatiik directly. Additionally, any redistribution of the assets in a game must be encrypted to ensure the protection of intellectual property rights.
